Teaching Philosophy
Through our Montessori-inspired approach, we seek to develop children’s independence and a life-long love for learning. Our carefully prepared and safe environment allows children to move within freedom with limits to explore and learn through their senses.
We believe that they learn best when they follow their interests, and given appropriate stimuli, to begin the learning process. Learning becomes fun and organic. Then the magic begins!
The Whole Family Approach
We believe that our client is not just the child, but the whole family. Parents are overworked, tired and lonely. They aspire to be good parents but are sometimes at a loss on where and how to begin. They need friends who will come alongside them in raising their children and navigate through the jungle called life.
Here in Children’s House LA, we serve the parents by providing a community for them to belong to where they can receive support, guidance, and give support as well to other parents. We conduct parent education, and discussion huddles and invite them to volunteer to enhance the learning of the students.

Learning is maximized when home and school demonstrate strong and harmonious partnership.
Our hope is that through your child’s involvement in our program, they would not only discover the wonder of learning, but you as a parent, will find a community to belong to; being supported by and giving support to other parents in their parenting journeys.
